We accept cash, net banking, UPI, and cards.

Bookings are paid online before arrival, or at the property before check-in.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (until midnight). After that, or for no-shows, the first night is charged.

No — GST is included in the room rate.

Check-in is at 1:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we'll do our best to help — the front desk can guide you based on room availability that day.

We're on New Sanganer Road in Goverdhan Colony, Jaipur — a short walk from the metro, and easy to reach by app cab or by car. The airport is about 20 minutes away.

We don't offer airport pickup ourselves, but app cabs work well from Jaipur airport — it's about 20 minutes to the house. We can also recommend trusted local drivers for longer trips.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you'd like a later check-out, let us know and we'll do our best — rates depend on the day. Complimentary luggage storage is always available.

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

All floors are served by a lift, as well as stairs.

We're not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Children up to 12 can share the bed at no charge. An extra bed is available for ₹500 per night.

Every room has air conditioning, a private balcony, smart TV with streaming, complimentary Wi-Fi, an ensuite bathroom with hot water, blackout curtains, a work desk, and tea and coffee making facilities. Daily housekeeping is included.

Yes — breakfast is included with every stay, served fresh at Café Awake from 8:00 to 10:00 AM.

Breakfast is served every morning now, and is included with your stay. The full all-day café, Café Awake, is opening soon.

Breakfast is vegetarian, with eggs available. It's served fresh each morning from 8 to 10.

We don't offer room service for now, but anything you order in will be happily brought up to your room.

Smoking is permitted on private balconies only — not indoors, in corridors, the lobby, café, library, or common areas.

Yes — free on-site parking. Spaces are limited, so let us know in advance if you're driving in and we'll guide you to a spot.
